FOR PRODUCTS YOU HAVE FITTED YOURSELF 

If you experience any sort of issue with any of the products we sell online please call us direct – 1800 239 336 (7am – 7pm – 7 days). Please have your invoice number on hand to validate the date of your purchase. We would appreciate photos of the part to help us understand & solve the issue.  Photos can be e mailed to sales@dieselchips.com.au or send to mobile 0404 858 603.


FOR PRODUCTS FITTED BY ONE OF OUR AUTHORISED INSTALLERS

 If you experience a problem with a product fitted by one of our stores please do not hesitate to contact either:
1. The authorised installer that preformed the work if you still live or work close to that store.
2. If you have moved away from that area then please contact your our support team on freecall 1800 239 336.

When talking to the store explain you have a warranty & describe the problem. Please remember that you will need to show us your original invoice in order to verify the date of the product fitment.  Different products have different warranty periods.  If in doubt please give us a call on 1800 239 336.
